Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how dingfengchuangyu operates VideoDFCY Creator Studio at videodfcy.com and processes data for creator publishing and separate authorized TikTok Shop data tools.

1. Data We Collect

For creator publishing, the Application processes the TikTok account identity and creator information returned by authorized APIs, OAuth tokens and session identifiers, videos the creator selects, captions and publishing settings, and the upload or publishing status returned by TikTok. Browser session cookies keep the authorization associated with the creator's browser session.

For separate shop-data tools, after the seller grants OAuth authorization, the Application may access:

  • Identify the connected creator, display the available publishing settings and transfer a video only after the creator confirms;
  • Show processing or publishing status and maintain the creator's authorized connection;
  • Shop profile information, including shop name, region and authorization status;
  • Analytics, including product, SKU and video performance data;
  • Order information, including order numbers, status and amounts;
  • Finance records, including settlements, payments and withdrawals; and
  • API access tokens, refresh tokens and authorization metadata.

2. How We Use Data

  • Generate internal operational reports in Excel;
  • Maintain shop authorization and scheduled data synchronization; and
  • Troubleshoot API errors and service availability.

3. Data Storage

Application data is stored in server-side databases, directories and controlled configuration files. The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. API tokens are used only for authorized API calls and are not included in public video URLs.

Selected videos are temporarily staged on the application server and transferred to TikTok over HTTPS. With file upload, the temporary file is removed after the transfer attempt finishes. If URL-based transfer is configured, TikTok retrieves an unguessable HTTPS file URL without login or a signed query string; anyone who obtains that URL can retrieve the file while it remains available. Those user-uploaded transfer URLs expire after 24 hours.

4. Data Sharing

The selected video and publishing settings are sent to TikTok to perform the action the creator confirms. AWS provides the hosting infrastructure. We do not sell user or seller data to advertisers or data brokers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect lawful interests, or with the user's explicit consent.

5. Data Security

  • Website and TikTok API connections use HTTPS; shop API requests also use the signing required by TikTok Shop.
  • Server access is controlled and configuration files are not publicly accessible.
  • We recommend rotating application credentials regularly and restricting operational access.

6. Data Retention

Temporary file-upload copies are removed after the transfer attempt finishes. Where URL-based transfer is configured, user-uploaded transfer links expire after 24 hours and expired files are removed by a cleanup job. Connection records and tokens are retained to maintain the authorized connection until it is disconnected or a deletion request is processed. Separate shop reports and technical logs are retained under the operator's operational policies. Revoking access or deleting local data does not remove content already published on TikTok.

7. User and Seller Requests

  • Disconnect TikTok in Creator Studio or revoke access in TikTok account settings;
  • Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your account; and
  • Revoke the Application's authorization in TikTok Shop Seller Center;
  • Stop using data export features; and
  • Contact the operator with questions about data processing.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on TikTok Login Kit, Content Posting API, TikTok Shop Open API and AWS hosting. Users are also subject to the relevant TikTok terms and privacy policies.
